Cellular Broadband Technology

Cellular broadband technology facilitates wireless high-speed internet access through a portable modem. In this technology digital information is transmitted and accepted through radio signals. The same technology is used by cellphones. The main difference between regular cellphone technology and cellular broadband technology is that in the previous case, only sound data is communicated, and in the last case of data types such as web pages, e-mail, various types of files are forwarded. The various standards adopted by cellular broadband technology are GPRS, IPW, LTE, 3G, WiMAX, Flash-OFDMA, EV-DO, etc. Among the standards, EV-DO and EDGE are widely used on GSM networks while HSPDA, HSPA and HSPA are employed on 3G, FOMA and UMTS networks.

Category of Cellular Network Technology
Cellphone network technology can be divided into two global categories for cellular communication (GSM) and some division code access (CDMA). Both of these technology popular parts are different parts. Europeans prefer GSM while the first choice of Americans is CDMA. The main technical difference between the two technologies is based on sharing space on the radio spectrum. Different algorithms are used by these two technologies. This feature allows many mobile users to share radio frequencies without making interference with each network.

3G technology
The most popular standards among all standard brand 3G cell broadband technology or third generation cellular technology. This technology has been simultaneously developed by GSM and CDMA. Both networks use their own version of the 3G version to provide high-speed internet access to their users.

GSM network features
GSM Broadband Networks Using HSDPA Technology. HSDPA stands for access to high-speed down-link packages. The Enabled HSPDA network can transmit and receive data signals and sound. The unique features of this technology allow users to browse the internet and communicate at the same time. In this technology, data transfer speeds are increasing rapidly by focusing on downloading information rather than uploading. The average download speed of HSDPA is 400Kbps-700Kbps. Special network hardware is needed to access HSDPA cellular broadband. PC cards with broadband features can be plugged into laptops is a popular device. Also gadgets with the default HSDPA card can be used. It’s important to be my various HSDPA signal zones.

CDMA network features
EV-DO technology is used by CDMA broadband networks. EV-DO means optimized evolution data. It operates on the mobile network section which is only dedicated to the data. Needed a large number of bandwidth for voice calls. The CDMA network increases the data transmission rate to largely by separating data channels from the vote. This increases network speed and thus multimedia, email, and internet functions faster. CDMA’s weakness is that internet conversations and searches cannot continue simultaneously. The average speed of EV-DO is 300Kbps-400kbps. To access EV-DO network hardware is required. This hardware is generally connected to a laptop via a USB port or other standard PC card slot. Acting as an antenna to transmit and receive broadband signals. For quick cellular broadband communication, the device must be in the range of EV-DO networks.
